Procurement Coordinator

Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a growing, multi-location fitness organization to hire a proactive Procurement Coordinator. This individual will support purchasing across new club openings, existing locations, facilities maintenance, and equipment needs.

Location: Greenwood Village, CO

Compensation: $28–$35/hour ($58,240–$72,800 annually)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, hybrid with remote work Mondays and Fridays

About the Opportunity

This is more than a purchase order processing role. The ideal candidate takes ownership of purchasing requests from start to finish, builds strong vendor relationships, resolves discrepancies, and proactively follows through on outstanding issues. Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders from initial request through delivery and invoice reconciliation.
• Coordinate purchasing for new club openings, including equipment, fixtures, supplies, and operational materials.
• Track vendor confirmations, shipments, deliveries, backorders, and outstanding orders.
• Support facilities and maintenance purchasing, including replacement parts, repair materials, and equipment.
• Research vendors, products, pricing, and alternative sourcing options.
• Investigate and resolve purchasing discrepancies, invoice issues, delivery delays, and receiving problems.
• Partner with Accounts Payable, Construction, Facilities, Operations, and other internal teams to keep purchasing activities on track.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation across multiple systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve purchasing processes and workflows as the organization continues to grow.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, facilities coordination, operations, Accounts Payable, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience creating and managing purchase orders and working directly with suppliers.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort navigating multiple software platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently investigate issues and drive them to resolution.
• Proactive communication skills and a strong sense of accountability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with invoice reconciliation, three-way matching, receiving, or Accounts Payable issue resolution.
• Background in multi-location fitness, restaurant, hospitality, retail, construction, or facilities management environments.
• Familiarity with procurement, ERP, accounting, or vendor management systems.
