About the Role

We’re hiring a Procurement Coordinator to join our Procurement team in Port Melbourne, reporting to our Procurement Team Leader. You’ll support day-to-day procurement operations across Journe-owned and sourced manufacturing facilities - processing orders, managing supplier communication, and helping ensure smooth product launches and deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Process and track purchase orders through to timely execution
• Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders and resolve delivery discrepancies
• Reconcile invoices with POs and process monthly
• Coordinate product sample requests to support new product development
• Collaborate with internal teams on packaging, artwork, and product updates
• Maintain accurate procurement records in Pronto and internal trackers
• Contribute to process improvement and SOP documentation

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a procurement, sourcing, or purchasing support role (FMCG or manufacturing preferred)
• Experience working with international suppliers
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP or procurement software
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Supply chain or purchasing qualification a bonus, not essential
