Procurement Coordinator

We are looking for a talented professional to join our team at HONOR and contribute to the efficient procurement of retail resources, cost optimization, and successful execution of retail projects.

💼 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

🔹 Retail Resource Acquisition

• Develop suppliers and manage the procurement of retail materials, including retail events, BTL activities, display props, packaging, promotional items and gifts.

• Coordinate procurement for retail store construction projects, including fit-outs, renovations, customized furniture, and related logistics and transportation services.

🔹 Commercial Negotiation & Contracting

• Manage RFQs (Requests for Quotation), price comparisons, and bidding processes.

• Conduct commercial negotiations and manage the drafting, signing, and execution of procurement contracts, ensuring terms align with the company’s best interests.

🔹 Cost Management

• Conduct cost breakdowns and financial analyses to identify optimization opportunities.

• Compare proposals across multiple dimensions and support supervisors in achieving annual cost-reduction targets.

🔹 Supplier Management

• Maintain strong supplier relationships and participate in performance evaluations, focusing on delivery, quality, and service.

• Build and update the supplier resource pool for relevant retail categories.

🔹 Delivery Monitoring

• Coordinate with Retail and Logistics teams to monitor the entire process, from production to on-site installation or warehousing.

• Ensure retail projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

🔹 Compliance Operations

• Follow company procurement policies and procedures, ensuring all purchasing activities comply with internal requirements and audit standards.

🎯 JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years of procurement experience in the 3C manufacturing industry, such as mobile phones, PCs, and smart wearables.

• Familiarity with retail-related procurement categories, including retail materials, store renovation projects, and third-party logistics (3PL).

• Fluent English proficiency.

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end procurement processes.

• Excellent negotiation skills and market insight.

• Strong financial awareness and cost analysis capabilities, including the ability to independently perform basic cost breakdowns.

• Strong cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multinational environment.

• Meticulous and rigorous approach to work.

• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.
