We are looking for a Procurement Coordinator with strong experience in oil and gas procurement to manage sourcing, purchasing, supplier relationships, and supply chain operations in Port Harcourt.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Develop cost-effective procurement strategies and manage purchasing activities
• Evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance
• Coordinate purchase orders, delivery schedules, and procurement documentation
• Collaborate with engineering, finance, and project teams to meet operational needs
• Monitor procurement costs, ensure compliance, and track supplier performance using Odoo ERP

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in the oil and gas industry
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, purchasing, logistics, and supply chain operations
• Experience in supplier management, contract negotiation, and purchase order processing
• Proficiency in Odoo ERP, with strong analytical, negotiation, and organisational skills
• CIPS membership (an added advantage)
