Procurement Coordinator

Job Purpose

To coordinate purchase orders, vendor collections, driver assignments and warehouse deliveries, ensuring timely procurement and smooth logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate PO creation and approvals with Buyers, Buying Head and Finance.
• Arrange driver assignments and coordinate timely item pickups from vendors.
• Track procurement orders from PO creation through warehouse delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors, logistics, warehouse and internal teams to resolve delays.
• Maintain procurement trackers, monitor turnaround times (TAT) and escalate pending orders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 1–3 years of logistics experience is mandatory, preferably in procurement coordination, transportation or delivery operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong coordination, communication, follow-up and multitasking skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• PO accuracy and processing turnaround time.
• On-time vendor pickups and warehouse deliveries.
• Reduction in pending orders and procurement delays.
• Accuracy and timely updating of procurement trackers.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
