Procurement Coordinator (Supply Chain/Logistics)

Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: $2300 - $2500
• Working hours: Monday to Friday - 8.30AM - 5.30PM
• Working Location: Commonwealth
• AWS + Variable Bonus
• Company transport provided - Island-wide

Job Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase materials based on operational requirements.
• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and ensure timely replenishment.
• Liaise with suppliers and prepare Purchase Orders (POs).
• Check incoming goods and resolve delivery discrepancies.
• Update inventory records, lead times, and reorder points in CISPRO.
• Maintain procurement and inventory reports in SharePoint.
• Report and follow up on supply-related issues.
• Process Goods Received (GR) transactions upon receipt of signed Delivery Orders (DOs).
• Maintain good relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate shipments with customers, freight forwarders, and couriers.
• Monitor goods movement and prevent loss or damage.
• Ensure warehouse safety and security procedures are followed.
• Support daily operations and achieve productivity and cost targets.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or procurement preferred.
• Basic knowledge of logistics processes, freight forwarding, and relevant regulations is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
