Procurement cum Export Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Locations : Petaling Jaya

• Handle end-to-end procurement, including RFQs, PO issuance, supplier negotiation, and delivery follow-up.
• Manage local and overseas suppliers, monitoring quality, cost, delivery, and performance.
• Coordinate import/export shipments, freight bookings, shipment tracking, and delivery arrangements.
• Prepare and manage shipping and customs documentation, including support for L/C and audit documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, forwarders, shipping lines, Sales, and Accounts for smooth order fulfilment.
• Monitor inventory and stock levels, billing, and logistics invoices.
• Resolve delivery, quality, documentation, and invoice issues.
• Maintain good customer and supplier relationships and provide timely updates and support.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement, logistics, and overall operational efficiency.

Job Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any related disciplines

• Must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya & Shah Alam.

• Required Language : English, Malay, Mandarin (Added Advantage) to deal with China Vendor.

• Required skill(s): MS Office
