Responsibilities:

1. Lead international procurement operations, managing end-to-end PO processes and relationship management with premium suppliers across the US, Japan, and Europe.
2. Optimize sales enablement tools, systematically organizing memo samples, marketing collaterals, and customer loyalty giveaways.
3. Supervise new collection launches by tracking timelines and deliverables with the global vendor network.
4. Enforce quality control standards, spearheading critical negotiations with suppliers regarding defects and compensation.
5. Execute strategic sourcing for specialized materials and bespoke products to meet evolving business demands.
6. Develop and deliver comprehensive product training and technical demonstrations to empower the sales team.
7. Serve as a key advisory resource for sales, providing accurate product configurations, cost-benefit analyses, and pricing support.
8. Bridge procurement and sales operations to streamline logistics, accelerate complaint resolution, and maximize client satisfaction.

Requirements

1. Degree holder or above, preferably in Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement within the interior materials sector (e.g., wallcoverings, flooring, or fabrics) is highly advantageous; experience in trading or manufacturing is preferred.
3. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua).
4. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Chinese word processing.
5. Positive, self-motivated, and results-driven with the ability to work independently and proactively.
6. Strong analytical skills combined with a proven track record of independent project management.
7. Fresh graduates possessing sharp business acumen and strong common sense will also be considered.
8. Immediately available candidates are highly preferred.
