Procurement Data & Reporting Executive, 1 year contract

About the role

Support procurement operations through data management, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy working with data, reports, and business processes while gaining exposure to enterprise systems and operational governance.

Key responsibilities

• Review, organise, and maintain procurement-related data records
• Identify and correct incomplete, inconsistent, or duplicate information
• Perform routine data validation and reconciliation checks
• Support the maintenance of data records and documentation
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports using Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
• Analyse operational data and identify trends, patterns, or exceptions
• Support dashboard preparation and data visualisation activities
• Participate in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Assist in operational improvement initiatives
• Support reporting and governance-related projects

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet timelines
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or dashboard reporting tools (advantageous)
• Experience in reporting, data management, or administrative analysis work (advantageous)
• Familiarity with enterprise systems or ERP platforms (advantageous)
