We are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Documentation Executive to support our procurement operations by managing and maintaining procurement-related documents and records. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and vendors, tracking purchase orders and documentation, updating procurement records, and ensuring accuracy and timely completion of procurement transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain procurement-related documents and records.
• Verify PRs, RFQs, quotations, comparison statements, and supporting documents.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders as per company procedures.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Stores, and vendors for documentation.
• Track PO status, deliveries, approvals, and pending documents.
• Follow up on missing or incorrect documents and ensure timely closure.
• Update procurement trackers, MIS reports, and ERP records.
• Support audit requirements and ensure proper document filing.
