Procurement Engineer, Accessory(美妆注塑包材采购工程师)

该职位来源于猎聘 Job purpose: Responsible for supplier sourcing & management of supplier as well as procurement support for developing of new project.

Main Accountabilities

• To complete the enquiry and contract with China suppliers depending on Germany or China sales or project manager (PM) requirements;
• To be a bridge between supplier and sales/PM to clarify and finalize all technical/specification discussion;
• Ensure on time delivery of supplier quotation to internal department (sales or PM);
• Develop new supplier for the Accessories area depending on requirement (focus decoration supplier);
• Support local and global projects to ensure cost saving potential are identified and achieved according sourcing strategy;
• Ensures suppliers meet cost, quality and delivery commitments as required to maintain an efficient supply of parts from China to destination;
• Take lead for negotiation and frame contract signed with key suppliers;
• Follow sourcing strategy to make market study to find out good potential suppliers;
• Market analysis and share cost trend to project team;
• Preparation for monthly report and objective tracking;
• Other work designated by supervisor;
• Safety Responsibilities: To follow strictly the company and ESH regulations and operational procedures. To receive safety production education and training activities. To report the Incident and risks to manager or ESH manager whatever it is serious or not. To stop any unsafe behavior.

Desired experience and qualifications:

• Above 5 years of relevant work experience in Beauty products injection-molded packaging industry.
• Familiar with supplier evaluation process, vendor negotiation and relationship management. Familiar with international business and import and export business. Familiar relevant rules and regulations. Familiar with market and business of beauty& accessories.
• Education Level: Bachelor and above, Subject: Engineering (Beauty makeup industry preferred)
• Good written and spoken English skills.
• Familiar with SAP is preferential; Familiar with MS. Office.
• Good communications skills; Good negotiation skills.
