Procurement Engineer and Quantity Surveyor

The Procurement Engineer and Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all costs related to construction projects, from the initial estimate to project completion. This includes preparing quantity take-offs, cost estimates, budgets, progress billings, subcontractor evaluations, and cost monitoring to ensure projects are completed within the approved budget while maintaining quality and compliance with contract requirements. Specifically, he/she shall deliver the following tasks:

• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on project plans and specifications.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenditures to ensure projects are completed within the approved budget.
• Prepare and evaluate progress billings, variation orders, and final account documentation.
• Review and verify quotations, material costs, and subcontractor claims, and recommend appropriate payments.
• Assist in procurement activities by identifying material requirements, canvassing and evaluating supplier quotations, comparing prices and specifications, and recommending cost-effective suppliers.
• Coordinate with project engineers, procurement, and site teams regarding project costs, quantities, and material requirements.
• Maintain accurate cost records and prepare regular cost reports to support project planning, forecasting, and management decision-making.
• Perform other duties as may be needed or requested by the management.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
