Procurement Engineer (Civil Engineer)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.
• Preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC).
• At least 3–5 years of experience in procurement, construction, engineering, project management, or related functions.
• Experience in sourcing construction materials, civil works, contractors, and engineering services.
• Experience in a construction, manufacturing, retail, property, or facilities environment is an advantage.
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, specifications, BOQs, cost estimation, and technical drawings.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and supplier management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of ERP/procurement systems is an advantage.
• Willing to conduct supplier visits, site inspections, and project-related activities as required.
