-Process purchase orders for goods/materials based on approved Purchase Requisitions (PR)

• Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up on delivery schedules
  Supplier Management
• Source, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and payment conditions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
  Cost Control
• Analyze pricing and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure cost-effectiveness and value for money prior to purchase decisions
• Documentation & System Management
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of PR, PO, and invoices
• Update and manage procurement data in the ERP system
  Coordination
• Coordinate with warehouse, accounting, and requesting departments
• Resolve issues related to delayed delivery or non-conforming goods
