Supply Chain Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Associate to support procurement, vendor sourcing, contract management, and supply chain operations. The role will manage procurement activities from requisition through contract and delivery, while ensuring compliance with organizational procurement policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage procurement activities for assigned projects, including reviewing purchasing requests, specifications, and supporting documents.
• Prepare procurement and tender documents, including RFQs, RFPs, invitations to bid, and source selection plans.
• Conduct vendor sourcing and support the registration of new suppliers to strengthen the vendor pool.
• Coordinate technical evaluations, analyze quotations and bids, and prepare procurement comparisons and recommendations.
• Prepare and manage Purchase Orders, contracts, lease agreements, amendments, and related procurement documents.
• Monitor contracts and purchase orders, including delivery schedules, renewals, amendments, and vendor performance.
• Resolve issues related to goods and services received and coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, databases, and contract files.
• Prepare procurement reports, presentations, monitoring reports, and other documentation as required.
• Process payment requests and coordinate with Accounts Payable for vendor payments.
• Serve as a point of contact for procurement, ERP, and related supply chain inquiries.
• Use ERP systems to generate procurement reports and support data analysis.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain teams and technical experts on emergency and complex procurement requirements.
• Provide guidance on procurement procedures and support the development and implementation of procurement guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in procurement, logistics, vendor sourcing, or contract management; candidates with a bachelor's degree and 4 years of relevant experience may also be considered.
• Experience in public procurement, contract review, procurement oversight, or advisory is an advantage.
• Experience working with international organizations, multinational organizations, or the UN system is an advantage.
• Knowledge or training in procurement, such as CIPS Level 2 or equivalent, is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Oracle ERP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Visio, or other data management tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of procurement policies, procedures, and contract management principles.

Pay: Php35,000.00 per month
