Procurement Engineer – Fit-Out

Location: UAE
Salary: AED 9,000 – 11,000 per month

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 7+ years of UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out Projects.
• Strong experience in procurement for fit-out and interior construction projects.
• Good knowledge of construction materials, finishes, joinery, MEP materials, and suppliers.
• Experience in sourcing materials, obtaining quotations, comparing prices, and negotiating with suppliers.
• Ability to prepare and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and procurement documentation.
• Strong knowledge of local UAE suppliers and market pricing.
• Coordinate closely with Project, Estimation, QS, and Site teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure materials are delivered as per project requirements.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple procurement requirements and meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end procurement activities for interior fit-out projects.
• Source and evaluate reliable suppliers and subcontractors.
• Negotiate competitive prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Review material specifications and coordinate with project teams.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery to project sites.
• Maintain proper procurement records and supplier databases.
• Ensure materials meet required quality and project specifications.

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
