Procurement Engineer‑ Curtain Wall Projects

Job Responsibilities

• End‑to‑end procurement work including sourcing local suppliers across the Middle East and Dubai, resource integration, inquiry and price comparison, business negotiation, contract drafting & signing, and purchase order issuance.
• Full‑cycle control over suppliers’ delivery progress, product quality and lead time; promptly resolve supply exceptions for projects to ensure smooth advancement of curtain‑wall projects.
• Follow up on supplier statement reconciliation, settlement and payment coordination; maintain local supplier channels, conduct supplier performance evaluation, hierarchical management and resource accumulation.
• Be based in Dubai. Cooperate with overall project schedules and complete other procurement‑related tasks assigned by supervisors according to work arrangements.

Job Requirements

• Aged 30 or above, with minimum 3‑years of procurement experience in the curtain‑wall industry. Practical procurement experience on large‑scale engineering projects in Dubai is preferred.
• Familiar with local supply‑chain market in the Middle East. Candidates with existing high‑quality Dubai procurement resources will be given priority.
• Fluent in spoken English with seamless business communication; capable of independently conducting negotiations, liaison, email correspondence and on‑site communication with foreign suppliers.
• Clear logical thinking, data‑oriented, meticulous and rigorous. Possess strong business negotiation skills, execution and stress tolerance. Outgoing personality, strong sense of responsibility, decisive and courageous in handling matters.
• Must be based and work full‑time in Dubai.
