Procurement Engineer (Electrical)

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure electrical components such as OVM motors, sensors, panels, wiring, and related materials.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable electrical component suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and quality requirements with suppliers.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Stores teams for timely material availability.
• Monitor supplier performance, quality, delivery, and resolve procurement issues.
• Maintain purchase orders, supplier records, and procurement documentation.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply risks to support cost-effective purchasing.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.
• Provide regular updates on procurement status, cost savings, and supplier performance.

Qualifications & Skill Requirements

• Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in Electrical Procurement / Purchase.
• Good knowledge of electrical components and their applications.
• Knowledge of OVM motors, sensors, electrical panels, wiring, and related components.
• Strong negotiation, supplier development, and vendor management skills.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in crusher equipment / heavy equipment manufacturing is highly desirable.
• Good knowledge of electrical component market, pricing, and procurement practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
