What You'll Be Doing

As part of our Procurement team, you will play a key role in ensuring the uninterrupted supply of materials, spare parts, equipment, and services that keep our operations running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Source and procure engineering spare parts, machinery, plant equipment, MRO items, and services at competitive prices.

✅ Evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts to achieve the best commercial outcomes.

✅ Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including RFQ, supplier selection, purchase order issuance, and delivery follow-up.

✅ Collaborate closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Production, Warehouse, and Finance teams to support operational requirements.

✅ Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and long-term partnership.

✅ Continuously identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvements, and value engineering.

✅ Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

✅ Support plant expansion projects, CAPEX procurement, and strategic sourcing activities.

✅ Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and governance requirements.

✅ Maintain accurate procurement records and reports within the ERP system.

What We're Looking For

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Food Science , Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for Executive-level opportunities.
• Candidates with 2-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Experience in procurement of engineering materials, spare parts, maintenance items, machinery, or industrial equipment will be an added advantage.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Analytical mindset with good commercial acumen.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP experience is an advantage).
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment.
