Procurement Engineer/Procurement Specialist

We are looking for experienced Procurement professionals to join a large-scale organization in Bangkok.

We currently have opportunities across several procurement categories, including:

• Technical & Engineering Procurement – technical equipment, engineering services, installation, maintenance, and project-related sourcing
• IT & Technology Procurement – IT infrastructure, hardware, software, cloud, technology services, and professional services
• Marketing Procurement – media, advertising, events, production, promotional materials, and marketing services
• Indirect Procurement – outsourcing services, office renovation, facilities, fixed assets, fleet, leasing, travel, supplies, and other corporate services

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities from requirement gathering, sourcing, RFQ/RFP, evaluation, negotiation, and contract award through supplier management
• Develop sourcing strategies and identify qualified suppliers
• Lead commercial negotiations to achieve competitive pricing and optimal commercial terms
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements
• Manage supplier performance, cost optimization, and procurement timelines
• Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and governance requirements

What We're Looking For

• Experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, purchasing, or category management
• Experience in one or more of the categories above
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
• Experience working with complex requirements and multiple stakeholders
• Experience with SAP, Ariba, or other procurement systems is an advantage
• Good command of English is preferred
