Procurement Executive (3 Months Contract)

About the Role

We are looking for a Procurement Executive in planning and project coordination activities for facilities and operations.

Salary

$3,800 - $4,000/month (Commensurate with experience)

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 6:00pm
• Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Central Singapore

Job Description

• Plan and manage procurement activities in accordance with relevant guidelines and requirements.
• Prepare procurement documents, specifications and evaluation criteria.
• Work with operations teams to develop project scopes and requirements.
• Obtain quotations and prepare budget and funding documents.
• Conduct market research and engage suppliers to understand market conditions.
• Prepare tender documents and support tender exercises.
• Evaluate tender submissions and prepare award documents for approval.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to support project execution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in procurement or related processes.
• Knowledge of government procurement practices is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and conceptualisation skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
