What they need
- Function: Procurement
- Designation: Procurement Executive / Buyer (FIXED TERM CONTRACT)
- Location: Head Office, Kolkata
- Qualification:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, or Supply Chain Management
- Knowledge of procurement processes and SAP / ARIBA systems is preferred
- Experience: 2 - 5 Years relevant Experience in Procurement
- Key Responsibilities:
- Source and procure materials as per business requirements.
- Obtain quotations from multiple vendors and negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships and evaluate vendor performance.
- Compare quotations and prepare cost analyses.
- Follow up on pending orders and resolve supply-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, Stores, Finance, and Quality.
- Maintain procurement records, documentation, and MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Ariba, etc.)
- MS Excel proficiency
- Communication and coordination skills
