Position: Procurement Executive

Industry: Food / Food Processing

Qualification: Bachelor s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A degree/diploma in Agriculture will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure raw materials such as tomatoes, chillies, peanuts, mangoes, packaging materials, and production consumables.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers based on quality, pricing, delivery, and service.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and supply agreements to achieve cost savings.
• Coordinate with CF agents, suppliers, Stores, Production, QA, and Finance for smooth procurement and supply operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and raise purchase orders in line with production requirements.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation, including POs, delivery notes, invoices, and supplier records.
• Ensure timely delivery and resolve quantity, quality, or supply discrepancies.
• Track market trends, commodity prices, seasonal availability, and supply risks for food ingredients and packaging.
• Support supplier audits and ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Develop new suppliers and maintain strong supplier relationships.
