Procurement Executive

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Carry out the day to days Group Admin procurement activities in accordance with the
• Company procurement policies and procedures.
• Whenever required, participate in negotiation between the company and suppliers procurement exercises.
• Review bills of materials and product specifications to determine accurate material requirements.
• Process and verify purchase requests to ensure accuracy and complianEnsure correct order placement, shipment method, and payment terms with suppliers.
• Manage competitive bidding processes by issuing RFQs and evaluating supplier quotations.
• Source new and continually evaluate existing suppliers as part of the corporate
• Strategic procurement process to reduce lead-time and cost.
• Assist in planning, organizing and managing all procurement.
• Deal with supplier and negotiate the lowest prices.
• Ensure compliance to company policy.
• Understand and comply to all HSE, ISO, Anti Bribery standard requirements.
• Any other duties and functions that may be assigned by the Company.

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Min. Diploma in Procurement or any equivalent certificate.
• Minimum 3 years working relevant experience in Procurement Department in Construction Company.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with supplier and internal customer
• procurement.
• Willing to make regular site visits
• Must be able to work longer than the required time and able to work under pressure. This involves dealing with constraints which are often outside of your control.
• Strong interpersonal skills, dynamic and able to work independently.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously.
