What they need
- Prepare cost comparison of materials & sub-contractor
- Prepare Purchase Order for suppliers and sub-contractors
- Reconciliation of PO, against DO & invoices
- Coordinate delivery of materials/rented equipment’s/machineries to site
- To summaries cables, lightings & switchboard purchased for each project (>RM1 million) for reference purposes
- Material delivery arrangement
- Source of latest supplier catalog
- Raise debit note for material purchased on behalf of sub-contractor
- Preparation of O&M
- Price negotiate with suppliers and sub-contractors
- Ensure full compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements, including adherence to company policies, site SHE rules, risk assessments, and applicable laws and regulations.
Education and Experience requirement
- SPM/Diploma/Degree in related field.
- At least 2 years experience in related field (Construction).
- Able to speak, read, and write Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers)
