Responsibilities

1. Overseeing and supervising procurement department activities

2. Preparing order for the purchase of raw material, spare parts, equipment, service and supplies

3. Reviewing, comparing and analyzing products and services to be purchased before sending to management for final approval

4. Reviewing inventories ROL to maintain accurate purchase

5. Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating pricing

6. Research and evaluating prospective suppliers

7. Compile and checking of invoices before passing to accounts

8. Preparing monthly cost analysis report

Requirement

• Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage, particularly when supporting communication with relevant vendors and managing overseas sourcing documentation.
• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
• 2–4 years of a proven track record in a procurement, purchasing, or sourcing role (candidates with strong experience but a foundational diploma are highly encouraged to apply).
• Proficient with ERP systems (SAP) and a wizard with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills with a natural ability to influence and strike a great deal.
