Job Title: Procurement Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Procurement Executive to manage end-to-end procurement activities, including vendor management, quotation analysis, purchase order processing, and coordination for timely delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle procurement of IT, admin, facility, and operational requirements.
• Obtain quotations, conduct comparative analysis, and negotiate with vendors.
• Process PR to PO activities and ensure timely approvals.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors for deliveries and installations.
• Maintain procurement records, contracts, invoices, and warranty documents.
• Track recurring services, renewals, and payment follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and budget guidelines.
• Develop and maintain healthy vendor relationships.

Required Skills:

• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP and procurement systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines efficiently.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain operations preferred.
