Roles and Responsibility

• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate prices to ensure cost-
  effective solutions.
• Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, goods, and services in line with organizational
  requirements and budgets.
• Manage and evaluate vendors to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders while tracking delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of
  goods and services.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, supplier information, and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with internal departments to forecast requirements and develop effective procurement
  plans.
• Monitor supplier performance and address delivery, quality, or compliance issues as needed.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers to support
  strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to identify and fulfil equipment
  needs.
  Desired Candidate
• 3 to 4 years of experience in material procurement or related field.
• Knowledge of ETP systems and their components is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) for documentation purposes.
• Time management and prioritization.
• Good Communication in English, Hindi & Telugu.
