Job Responsibilities

• Execute purchasing of medical supplies, equipment, food & beverage, housekeeping materials, and other operational needs.

• Prepare, review, and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and contracts.

• Negotiate with suppliers for best pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

• Identify, evaluate, qualify and register new suppliers /vendors.

• Assist in audits and reporting requirements.

• Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and alternative sourcing options.

• Liaise with operations, finance, and department heads to understand procurement needs.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related fields.

• At least 2 years of working experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.

• Candidates from healthcare or hospitality background will be an added advantage.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.

• Strong attention to detail, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
