Key Responsibilities: Procurement Team -
- Clearing the transaction pipeline from material receipt to final payment.
- Material Receipt Note (MRN) follow-up with site teams, invoice tracking and booking coordination, creating internal payment requests, and handling vendor payment queries.
- Executing daily transaction loads and standard asset documentation.
- End-to-end Purchase Order (PO) generation across all business entities, and administrative handling of routine IT and office products.
