• Manage daily procurement and purchasing of fruits and vegetables.
• Source fresh produce from Azadpur Mandi and local suppliers.
• Negotiate prices and terms with vendors and suppliers.
• Check the quality, freshness, quantity, and condition of produce.
• Monitor daily market prices and market trends.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Coordinate purchase orders, deliveries, and stock availability.
• Handle rejected, damaged, or poor-quality produce.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and purchase reports.
• Ensure timely availability of products as per business requirements.
• Control procurement costs and achieve the best possible purchase rates.
