We are looking for a Procurement Executive to join our dynamic team and play a key role in optimizing our sourcing and logistic processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes from sourcing to delivery.

• Coordinate closely with shipping and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost effective shipments.

• Source and evaluate suppliers to secure best quality and pricing.

• Monitor inventory levels and secure efficient stock management.

• Support demand planning and secure smooth supply continuity.

• Handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:-

• Proven experience in procurement, shipping & logistics.

• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies.

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proactive mindset with strong problem solving skills.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Mandarin speaking is an added advantage.
