Procurement Executive

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and overseas vendors.
• Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project.
• Advice internal and external on issues regarding purchasing terms & conditions.
• Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendor.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality delivery lead time and ensure all the criteria meet according to the organizational requirements and expectation.
• Responsible in implementing internal procurement strategies to cater for high delivery and short lead time requirement.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as required and assigned by the company.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent(in any filed).

• Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (optional)

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Fresh graduates, management trainee, management executive with related disciplines are also encourage to apply.
