What they need
Job Role:
- Research potential vendors
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
- Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
- Evaluate & compare offers from vendors
- Prepare cost analysis
- Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
- Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
- Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition
Job Requirement:
- Candidate from engineering background, Diploma or BE/B.Tech
- A strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrable experience in negotiating prices and terms and conditions
- Preferred candidates from in and around the Thane area
