Procurement Executive

Job Purpose

The Procurement Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) to support business operations. The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders and vendors, monitoring procurement activities, evaluating quotations, and ensuring the timely delivery of products and services while maintaining compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) in accordance with procurement procedures.
• Review procurement requests to ensure completeness and accuracy of supporting documents.
• Conduct quotation comparisons and price analysis to support vendor selection.
• Monitor PR and PO approval status and follow up to ensure timely processing and delivery.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve procurement, delivery, or service-related issues.
• Maintain procurement records and assist in preparing reports, KPI tracking, and performance analysis.
• Support procurement improvement initiatives and other assignments as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant procurement experience is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Professional certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management is an added advantage.
