Role & responsibilities

NoBroker is Indias FIRST and ONLY PropTech Unicorn with a disruptive tech-based, capital-efficient business model. We use technology in the real-estate space to help customers buy/sell/rent a property seamlessly by eliminating third-party (Brokers) involvement and brokerage. We assist our stakeholders in reducing 90% of transaction cost by connecting property owners and tenants, buyers and sellers directly with the help of AI-driven technology. Position Overview

The Logistics Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring timely dispatches, inventory coordination, and smooth transportation across PAN India.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatches and transportation activities.
• Work with transporters, warehouse teams, and vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor inbound and outbound material movement.
• Support inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Prepare logistics documents, including e-way bills and invoices.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Maintain logistics reports and update operational data.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of dispatches.
• Travel within Bangalore to warehouses as required. .

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in warehouse operations, dispatch, inventory management, or 3PL coordination.
• Basic understanding of transportation documentation and e-way bills.
• Proficiency in Kannada, English, and Hindi is preferred.
