Procurement Executive

• Research and evaluate suppliers, negotiate competitive pricing, and ensure on-time delivery of required materials.
• Coordinate closely with the Site Team and Contract Team (QS) to process purchase requests and issue accurate Purchase Orders (POs).
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of all purchases, contracts, and supplier data.
• Conduct annual supplier performance reviews to ensure consistent quality and service standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and manage timely reordering to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
• Ensure prompt submission of invoices and delivery orders to the Finance Department for processing.
• Perform any other related tasks assigned by the superior or management.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or any relevant field.

• Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience in procurement or purchasing.

• Experience in the construction industry would be an added advantage for this position.

• Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word & SQL Software.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
