maintain a good relationship with vendor. Gather information and monitor price
fluctuations in order to get best price with high quality
- Review and place the purchase order (PO) with approved price and materials in
order to ensure all purchased items are produced in accordance with company
standards
- Monitor payment progress and items delivery to ensure all users get the items
on time with the right specification
- Maintain purchase and pricing records in order to identify cost efficiency
opportunities
- Prepare cost saving reports based on negotiation, price request report,
purchasing report to allow procurement team identify areas for improvement
