Job Responsibilities
- Acts as the main coordinator between internal departments and external vendors.
- Obtain product feedbacks from internal departments and provide feedbacks to suppliers so that corrective actions can be taken.
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant information according to company procedures.
- Highlight product issue to suppliers to improve product quality and assist in replacement/exchange when required.
- Assist in drafting, execution of policies and procedure.
- Work with team members to complete duties as required.
- Coordinate with overseas business partners for necessary purchasing and timely shipment.
- Assist in sourcing of new products and suppliers.
- Assist in preparing necessary reports.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
