What they need
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Procurement Executive to join our team.
Location: Mumbai
Position: Procurement Executive
Industry: Interior
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and procure materials, products, and services as per project requirements
- Identify and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and ensure cost-effective purchasing
- Prepare and process purchase orders
- Coordinate with vendors regarding delivery schedules and material quality
- Maintain proper procurement records and documentation
- Coordinate with project, design, and site teams to ensure timely material availability
- Monitor market prices and develop reliable vendor relationships
Requirements:
- Prior experience in procurement/purchase, preferably in interior, construction, or related industries
- Good negotiation and vendor management skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Knowledge of MS Office/Excel
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple requirements
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
