Job Summary

Ornato Services Private Limited is looking for a Procurement Executive to support our procurement and supply chain operations. Candidates with a Supply Chain Management degree and an interest in the Hospitality industry are encouraged to apply.

Requirements & Responsibilities

* Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management is mandatory .

* Freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience can apply.

* Internship experience in Procurement, Supply Chain or Hospitality will be preferred.

* Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

* Fluent communication skills in English are mandatory.

* Good knowledge of MS Excel and procurement processes .

* Manage day-to-day procurement and purchasing activities.

* Source hotel supplies, F&B items, housekeeping and maintenance materials.

* Coordinate with vendors, compare quotations and negotiate prices.

* Ensure timely delivery and quality of purchased materials.

* Coordinate with stores and internal departments for procurement requirements.

* Maintain purchase orders, invoices, vendor records and procurement reports**.

* Strong organizational, communication and follow-up skills.
