Procurement Executive

About the role

Reporting directly to the Procurement Manager, the successful incumbent will be involved in a full suite of Procurement functions. This is a sole contributor role.

Key responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and issue Purchase Orders
• Liaise with vendors for quotations, pricing, and delivery schedules
• Compare quotations and support cost evaluation
• Track order status and ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain procurement records, contracts, and documentation
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (finance, operations, logistics)
• Assist in invoice verification and reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures

About you

• At least 2-3 years' working experience in strategic sourcing procurement in the Telco industry and familiar with mobile telecommunications network equipment
• Good educational background, ideally in Supply Chain Management, Economics or Business Administration
• Strong negotiation skill
• Resourceful in sourcing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Able to work as a team across the company
