Our Client, is is a well-established Singapore medical device and healthcare supplies distributor, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position of Procurement Executive.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and submit weekly inventory reports and demand forecasts to Management.
• Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipment and delivery of goods.
• Monitor purchase orders, track deliveries, and follow up on any shipment delays or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, delivery documents, invoices, and inventory data.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure proper receiving, storage, and stock availability.
• Manage stock transfers and inventory adjustments across locations based on operational requirements.
• Liaise with internal departments to support procurement activities and ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Assist in inventory planning to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or excess inventory.
• Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies and documentation requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• O’ level and above
• At least 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, logistics, or order fulfilment.

• Salary: Gross $3800 (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
