Procurement Executive

We are seeking a structured and result-oriented Procurement Executive / Procurement Coordinator to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, purchase documentation, and timely availability of materials required for beverage manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in procurement within a beverage manufacturing environment and be capable of managing the procurement cycle from requirement to delivery.

Salary: Open Budget, commensurate with experience and suitability

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, spares, and other operational requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand material requirements, specifications, quantities, and delivery timelines.
• Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with suppliers to obtain competitive quotations and ensure timely material availability.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, purchase requisitions, quotations, and other procurement-related documentation.
• Negotiate with vendors on pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions.
• Follow up with suppliers for order confirmation, production status, dispatch, and delivery to avoid operational delays.
• Maintain updated records of purchase orders, vendor quotations, invoices, deliveries, and procurement status.
• Coordinate with stores, warehouse, finance, production, and logistics teams for smooth material receipt and documentation.
• Monitor supplier performance, quality, lead times, and adherence to agreed commercial terms.
• Support cost-control initiatives and identify opportunities for improving procurement efficiency.

Required Profile

• Experience: 3–5 years of relevant procurement experience.
• Industry Experience: Experience in the Beverage Manufacturing Industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, purchase orders, quotations, and material planning.
• Good negotiation, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple suppliers and procurement requirements simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to cost and delivery timelines.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel for procurement trackers, data analysis, comparisons, and reporting.
• Working knowledge of ERP/procurement software and purchase management systems.
• Good documentation and record-maintenance skills.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, or a relevant discipline.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
