Procurement Executive

Possess Diploma / Degree in Business, Logistic, Supply Chain, or related fields (or equivalent experience)

Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken and written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

At least two working experiences in the field of procurement

Responsible for independently handling vendor related tasks, including setting up new parts, creating and adjusting purchase orders, maintaining costs, and updating estimated time of arrival.

Will need to interface with vendors to obtain order status and with the Supply Chain Program Manager to stay updated on the latest need by dates

Strong coordination and organization ability required for solving any problems on business and among team members

Ability to initiate new ideas and concepts to improve workflow and efficiency based on the knowledge and experiences
