Procurement Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate procurement based on project requirements, budgets, quantities, specifications, and timelines.
• Source construction-related materials and services, including civil, electrical, plumbing, flooring, finishing, and other requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, onboard, and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, subcontractors, and labour contractors.
• Obtain and compare quotations and prepare comparative statements, cost analysis, and procurement recommendations.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, and other commercial conditions.
• Ensure procurement is within approved budgets while achieving cost optimization without compromising quality or project requirements.
• Verify quantities against BOQs, drawings, approved requirements, and site requirements before procurement.
• Coordinate with project/site teams for material planning, dispatch, transportation, delivery, and consumption.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve supply-related issues.
• Monitor vendor performance in terms of quality, pricing, delivery, service, and compliance.
• Maintain rate history, market price records, vendor databases, and procurement reports.
• Ensure proper documentation of RFQs, quotations, approvals, purchase orders, contracts, invoices, delivery records, and related documents.
• Follow company procurement policies, approval procedures, project requirements, and applicable standards.
• Support audits and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Identify procurement gaps and implement improvements for better cost control, efficiency, and process compliance.
• Monitor material wastage and unnecessary purchases and coordinate with project teams for effective material utilization.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
