Procurement Executive

Key responsibilities

• Source reliable suppliers that provide good quality products and reliable service for all company purchases requirements
• Conduct negotiation and execute contracts with selected suppliers in the best interest of the company
• Evaluate suppliers' quotation to ensure they are in line with technical specification and commercial requirements for projects
• Monitor and follow up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules
• Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with suppliers
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time and best prices according to organizational requirements and expectations
• Strategize purchase and delivery schedule
• Perform any other duty & responsibility which the superior or the company may assign from time to time

About you

• Minimum 3-4 year experience in related field
• Minimum SPM, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration is an added advantage
• Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Able to work with less supervision
• Possess good interpersonal communication skills
• Good problem solving skills
