Procurement Executive

Preferred qualification

Graduate, 3-4 years procurement experience; negotiation, vendor management, contract management, SAP skills. Preferably from Hospitality or healthcare industry

Main purpose of the role

Manage end-to-end procurement across Samarpan facilities and support limited procurement needs of assigned Baldota Group entities.

Key responsibilities

Procurement Management

• Review procurement requests from various departments.
• Obtain quotations and conduct comparative evaluations.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders.
• Coordinate deliveries and follow-up with vendors.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with organizational policies.

Vendor Management

• Identify and onboard new vendors.
• Conduct vendor evaluations and performance reviews.
• Develop alternate sources of supply to reduce procurement risks.
• Maintain vendor database and documentation.

Contract Management

• Manage annual rate contracts, AMCs and service agreements.
• Monitor contract compliance and renewal schedules.
• Liaise with service providers to ensure agreed service delivery.

Coordination with Rehabilitation Centre

• Work closely with the Store & Procurement Coordinator to review stock requirements.
• Approve and facilitate replenishment of inventory.
• Support local procurement activities and vendor development initiatives.

Financial and Administrative Controls

• Monitor procurement expenditures against approved budgets.
• Maintain procurement records and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with Finance for invoice verification and payment follow-up.

Process Improvement

• Improve procurement efficiency, cost control and service delivery.
• Maintain procurement data within SAP and approved systems.
• Recommend procurement best practices and process enhancements.
