Job Description – Procurement Executive(EXP INTO COMMERCIAL INTERIORS IS EXPECTED)
Position: Procurement Executive
Department: Purchase
Location: Kandivali, Mumbai
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO)
- Search and coordinate with vendors/suppliers
- Collect and compare quotations from vendors
- Negotiate prices and delivery timelines
- Ensure timely purchase of required materials
- Follow up with vendors for material delivery
- Coordinate with site/project team for material requirements
- Maintain purchase records and documentation
- Verify invoices and purchase details
- Ensure smooth procurement process as per company requirements
Skills Required:
- Vendor management
- Purchase order handling
- Negotiation skills
- Good communication
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Follow-up and coordination
Qualification:
Graduate with relevant procurement/purchase experience.
Experience:
2–4 years preferred (Interior/Construction industry experience is an added advantage).
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
