• Education: Any Graduate

• CTC - 40K - 45K
• Employment Type: Contract 1 Year
• Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Friday, Saturday WFH, 1 Saturday at Plant
• Bus Facility: Provided
• Meal Facility: Provided

• Skills: Purchase/Procurement, Vendor Management, Packaging Materials, Vendor Negotiation, Quality, Chemicals, Powder, Packaging, End-to-End Vendor Management, Good Communication Skills, Advanced Excel and AI

Key Responsibilities

• Procure packaging materials as per approved specifications, quality standards, and production requirements.
• Coordinate with Planning, Production, Stores, and Quality teams for material requirements and quality-related rejections.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and material availability.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of packaging materials.
• Coordinate and develop new packaging artworks with internal teams and suppliers.
• Follow up on artwork approvals, corrections, modifications, and finalization.
• Ensure packaging materials are available as per production timelines.
• Monitor vendor commitments and proactively resolve delivery-related issues.
• Maintain purchase records, vendor details, material specifications, and related documentation.
• Support resolution of procurement, quality, and material-related issues.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company procedures and quality requirements.

• Good knowledge of packaging materials and procurement processes.
• Strong vendor management and follow-up skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Good time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.
